COPYRIGHT. Any copyright and anti-piracy notices included on the Film as delivered to the Distributor shall not be amended, deleted or otherwise changed by the Distributor. The Distributor shall, in addition, include the copyright notice as delivered by Pathe, on all paid advertising in respect of or relating to the Film.
COPYRIGHT. Licensor shall at all times be the sole exclusive owner of the copyright in and to each Picture throughout the universe. Licensee shall ensure that each Videogram of the Picture(s) manufactured pursuant hereto shall carry in vision thereon, on the packaging and on all support material the copyright notice as communicated in writing by Licensor and shall do whatever necessary in the Territory to preserve all of Licensor’s rights in and to the Picture(s).
COPYRIGHT. Licensed Materials will be provided by the Licensor in order to prepare the presentation of the Show, but the Licensee may not create or retain copies of any media that was provided. Commercial Purposes. Other than as specifically permitted in this Agreement, Licensee may not use the Licensed Materials for commercial purposes. This restriction expressly prohibits the Licensee from selling the Licensed Materials, or reproducing or distributing in bulk Licensed Materials in any form. Non transfer. The Licensee may not transfer the license or parts of the materials provided to anyone else. Also, the material cannot be loaned, or sub-licensed. Availability of Licensed Materials. The Licensor will make the Licensed Materials available to the Licensee in a reasonable time frame.
COPYRIGHT. The Lessor acknowledges and agrees without further ado that the Lessee is and shall be the owner of all copyright and intellectual property rights in all media and anywhere in the world in all films, video or audio recordings or photographs made by or on behalf of the Lessee in the Subject of the Lease. The Lessor further acknowledges the Lessee may present the Subject of the Lease under its exact name or as any other actual or imaginary location as needed or required without any further Lessor's consent. The Lessor agrees not to disclose any confidential information they acquire in connection with this Contract and the Film covered by this Contract (or any recordings) unless necessary to perform Lessor's obligations hereunder. The Lessor undertakes not to refer to the filming and the Film, for which the Subject of the Lease is being leased, this Contract or any related event or writing document in any advertising or publicity materials and not to use the Lessee's name for any of their own commercial purposes or those of any third party without the prior written consent of the Lessee. The Contracting Parties declare there are furnishings with movable items such as paintings, sculptures, furniture, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Equipment") in the Subject of Lease, wherein the Lessor declares they have the right to lease the Subject of the Lease together with such Equipment, and that such lease does not contradict to any contractual arrangement between the Lessor and any third party. The Lessor further consents (in the case of the Equipment owned by them) and further assigns the consent with the owner's knowledge (in the case of the Equipment owned by a third party) to the possible capture of the Equipment in an image, film, photograph, etc., in fulfilment of the purpose of the lease under this Contract, free of charge. In the event this provision—i.e. the Lessor's declaration and consent under this Section of the Contract—will prove at any time in the future to be false or in breach of the contractual arrangements with a third party, veškerou případnou škodu, která by Nájemci v souvislosti s tím vznikla.

COPYRIGHT. SOFTWARE je chráněn zákonem o autorském právu a mezinárodními smlouvami týkajícími se autorského práva. Uznáváte, že na Vás nepřechází žádná práva týkající se intelektuálního vlastnictví SOFTWARU. Dále uznáváte, že plná práva a autorství SOFTWARU zůstávají výhradním vlastnictvím TrustPort, a.s. nebo jeho dodavatelů, a Vy si nebudete přisvojovat žádná práva k SOFTWARU, s výjimkou těch, která jsou Vám výhradně udělena touto licenční smlouvou. Souhlasíte s tím, aby kopie SOFTWARU vždy obsahovaly stejnou poznámku o vlastnictví, jaká se objevuje v SOFTWARU.
COPYRIGHT. Všechna osobnostní i majetková práva k Programu i všem jeho částem náleží společnosti ZONER a/nebo jejím dodavatelům. Program je chráněn autorským zákonem platným na území České republiky a v dalších státech podle platných mezinárodních dohod upravujících práva duševního vlastnictví.
COPYRIGHT. 8.1 Tyto Podmínky, Právní služby, Advokát a Web xxx.xxxxx00.xx, jako i jeho vyobrazení a informace na něm uvedené jsou chráněny autorským zákonem (v příslušném rozsahu dovoleném právními předpisy) a nemohou být měněny, kopírovány, rozmnožovány, šířeny nebo použity žádnou třetí stranou k jakémukoli účelu nebo ve prospěch či neprospěch třetí strany bez písemného souhlasu Advokáta a příslušných majitelů, a to ani v případě jakéhokoli řízení podle občanského, správního nebo trestního práva, nelze je bez písemného souhlasu Advokáta a příslušných majitelů poskytovat, zpřístupňovat nebo šířit jiným osobám či veřejnosti, a to za úplatu nebo i bezplatně.
COPYRIGHT. Není dovoleno software kopírovat, poskytnout k dispozici třetímu ani třetímu jakkoli jinak zpřístupnit k dalšímu obchodnímu užití, s výjimkou vytvoření záložní kopie. Za příslušné jednání je odpovědný nabyvatel licence. V takovém případě je dodavatel oprávněn požadovat smluvní pokutu ve výši 5000,- EUR, nezávisle na postihu každého takového porušení podle trestního práva. Pokud budeme expedovat komponenty Open Source, platí pro tyto komponenty Open Source příslušné licenční podmínky Open Source. Pokud náš software obsahuje komponenty LGPL, můžete části softwaru, které obsahují komponenty LGPL, upravovat a tyto úpravy také dekompilovat za účelem odstraňování chyb. Zboží dodané dodavatelem podléhá vývozním předpisům Spolkové republiky Německo. Zákazník nese odpovědnost za dodržení vývozních předpisů při dalším zcizení zboží.
