If any provision of this. Agreement turns out to be incomplete, the parties shall agree upon a provision which in conformity with substance and purpose of this Agreement would have been agreed upon if the parties had originally been aware of the incompleteness.
If any provision of this. Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of the Agreement shall not be affected.
If any provision of this. Agreement is fully or partially invalid or if any matter is not regulated by this Agreement, this does not affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement is made in 2 (in words: two) counterparts with the force of an original, each Party will obtain one counterpart. An English translation of this Agreement is attached hereto as Annex No. 3.
