Price and payment conditions. 1. The contracting parties agreed that the price in total which the Ordering Party shall pay to the Provider for the performance of the Subject matter of the Contract is final, it is agreed in accordance with Act No. 18/1996 Coll. on prices as amended and by the Decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 84/1996 Coll. which implements Act No. 18/1996 on prices as amended, and it is 600 000 EUR excluding VAT (in words: six hundred thousand EUR excluding VAT).
Price and payment conditions. The price of the provided services includes all taxes and relevant fees. The Provider is entitled to require a deposit upon the conclusion of the Contract to the amount of the agreed price. The guests are obliged to pay the accommodation and all other reserved services on the day of their arrival, before they are provided with the room card. In case the payment is guaranteed by a payment card or a by a cash deposit, it is possible to pay the accommodation on the departure day. Payments can be made in cash, by means of a payment card, or by a credit transfer to the provider’s bank account, based on the payment information that the Provider sends to the Guests. It is also possible to provide a payment guarantee accepted by the Provider (e.g. pre-authorization of a payment card). Guests pay immediately for other experienced services; upon the check-out at the latest. In case of Guests’ delay with the payment of the price of services or damages, the Provider is entitled to the contractual penalty in the amount of 0,5 % of the sum owed per a day it is delayed as well as to the right to withdraw from the Contract. The Provider is entitled to use the blocked financial means to pay all the unsettled amounts that had issued within the time the Guests were accommodated, even after their departure. All payments are realized in the currency set by the Contract, or in Czech crowns. The conversion of euros to the Czech currency will be completed at the exchange rate of 25 CZK/EUR. The hotel’s primary currency is the CZK.
Price and payment conditions. 1. The Parties agreed upon a rental fee in the amount of 157,42 EUR per each used working station excluding VAT, per month, and 80 EUR per month for each used parking place in the underground garage. Prices are stated excluding VAT. The agreed rental fee will be paid monthly to the account of the Provider, with a payment being due on the 14th day of each month for which the rental fee is due in accordance with the payment mesiaca, za ktorý sa nájomné platí, v súlade so splátkovým kalendárom, ktorý tvorí neoddeliteľnú súčasť tejto Zmluvy (Príloha č. 2). Klient sa zaväzuje platiť dohodnuté nájomné v mesačných splátkach na účet Poskytovateľa uvedený na titulnej strane tejto Zmluvy. K tejto sume bude pripočítaná DPH vo výške požadovanej platnými právnymi predpismi Slovenskej republiky. V prípade, že sa pracovné stanice a/alebo parkovacie miesta využívajú len časť mesiaca, nájomné sa platí v pomernej výške. Zmluvné strany sa zároveň dohodli, že z dôvodu zvýšených úvodných nákladov bude prvá mesačná platba nájomného v zvýšenej sume ako je uvedené v splátkovom kalendári, ktorý tvorí prílohu č. 2 tejto Zmluvy.
