Definice Exchange Rate

Exchange Rate or “Rate” shall mean an exchange rate published by the Bank.
Exchange Rate means the exchange rate of individual currencies announced by the Bank in the up-to-date exchange rates quotations.
Exchange Rate means the current expression of the value of the amount of Digital Currency that can be purchased or sold for Fiat Currency. Exchange Rate is displayed in User Account for each individual moment and this Exchange Rate is determined by the supply and demand of Digital Currencies (in relation to PBX Token at company Binex s.r.o., ID: 096 56 006, registered office Pražákova ▇▇▇▇/▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; and in relation to BNB Coin by the supply and demand at the company/website

  • For the purposes of the set-off, the Bank may convert one currency to another using the relevant Exchange Rate of the Bank in accordance with Article XIX of the GTCs.
