Relationship. For the purposes of this Agreement, the Parties are independent contractors and nothing contained in this Agreement will be construed to place them in the relationship of partners, principal and agent, employer and employee or joint venturers. Neither Party will have the power or right to bind or obligate the other Party, or hold itself out as having such authority.
Relationship. 2.1.1 Where any Party processes Personal Data in the context of the Agreement, it does so for its own purposes as an independent and separate Data Controller, and shall be solely responsible for its own compliance with Technology and Data Laws.
