TERM. 1. This Agreement shall be for a period ending on December 31, 2023 (the “Initial Period”). Complete annual volumes 2020-2023 of the Journal shall be electronically published under this Agreement.
TERM. 11.1 The Contract shall enter into force and effect when the last contracting party will sign this contract and it shall be effective for a definite period, until 31.12.2012 unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 11.2 et seqq.
TERM. 3.1 Term. This Agreement shall begin, retroactively (if applicable), on the first calendar day of the first month of the applicable Coverage Period, and shall expire at the end of the Coverage Period unless terminated earlier as provided in Section 18, or renewed by mutual agreement of the parties in accordance with Section 3.2. The Coverage Period shall be for whole months only. Section 18.4 shall apply accordingly upon the expiration of the Coverage Period. 3.
TERM. Unless terminated earlier by written notice of one Party to the other in accordance with paragraph 9.5, this Agreement will expire upon the later of the date on which: (i) Sponsor has received all properly completed CRFs from the Investigator; (ii) the Investigator has resolved all data clarification queries, and submitted the final reportto Sponsor to Sponsor’s satisfaction;
TERM. The Agreement shall come into force on the Commencement Date and remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months (“Initial Term”) unless otherwise terminated in accordance with section 26. Thereafter, the Agreement will automatically continue until terminated by either party in accordance with section 26.
TERM. This Order Form is concluded for period from 01.07.2018 to 30.06.2021 (“Term”).
TERM. The "Term" for the Picture will start on the date specified in the Deal Terms, and will end on the earlier of the end date set forth in the Deal Terms, whether or not all transmissions of the Picture actually have taken place, and the last authorized run of the Picture. Distributor will not permit or authorize any exploitation of the Picture after the Term.
TERM. Any breach of this Agreement or failure by Licensee to pay any applicable fees due shall result in automatic termination of the licence granted herein. Upon such termination, Licensee shall return the Licensed Product to Licensor, and further destroy all backups, copies or works derived from the Licensed Product. All provisions of this Agreement relating to disclaimers of warranties, limitation of liability, remedies, or damages, and Licensor's proprietary rights shall survive termination, and Licensor shall still be entitled to all fees accrued.
TERM. The Term of Customer’s subscription will commence on January 1, 2018 and end on December 31, 2020. The agreement will automatically extend for 2 more calendar years if no notification is sent by either party 90 days before Dec 31 2020 (pricing for all 5 years will be included in the agreement). In case of budget limitations imposed on National Library of Technology (the CzechELib coordinator) the agreement may also be terminated after 31 December 2020 by their notice 30 days before the end of the current year, in which case the agreement will terminate by December 31 of that calendar year. Customer shall have Access to the Licensed Materials during the Term.
TERM. (a) The "Term" for The Picture will start on the date specified in the Deal Terms, and will end on the date set forth in the Deal Terms.
