Conflict of interest. Xxxxxxxxx’x practice is to check whether there is a conflict of interest before undertaking to provide the Services in question. Beierholm provides a wide range of Services and cannot guaran- tee that all situations in which there may be a conflict of inter- est are immediately identified. Beierholm therefore recommends that the Client notifies Beierholm immediately if the Client be- comes aware of a potential conflict of interest. If a current or potential conflict of interest is identified and Bei- erholm finds that the Client’s interests can be adequately safe- guarded through the implementation of relevant procedures, Beierholm will discuss such procedures with the Client.
