Common use of Rights of subrogation Clause in Contracts

Rights of subrogation. Underwriter shall be fully and completely subrogated to the rights of the Insured against parties who may be liable to provide an indemnity or make a contribution with respect to any matter which is the subject of a claim under this certificate.
