Cancellation of the Event. If Messe Berlin is prevented from holding the event for reasons outside its own control or that of the exhibitor, all claims to the stand rental become void. However, Messe Berlin may still invoice the exhibitor for work carried out in the latter’s instructions, to cover any expenses already incurred, if the exhibitor is unable to furnish evidence that the results of this work are of no inter- est to him.
Cancellation of the Event. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizers or other unforeseeable issues, the organizers are obliged to refund the registration fee to the exhibitor. All other expenses (e.g. travel expenses, production costs) have to be covered by the exhibitor.
