Cancellation und cancellation fees. If you are unable to participate in the FVW Event booked, the following options are available: - You may name a replacement participant. - You may cancel your participation and pay: • 25% of participation costs for a cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to the event; • 50% of participation costs for a cancellation between 6 weeks and 7 days prior to the event; • 100% of participation costs for a cancellation 7 days or less prior to the event; • 100% of participation costs if you do not attend the event. A cancellation or the name of the replacement participant must be submitted via e-mail to xxxxxx@xxx-xxxxxx.xx.
