Implementation of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. 2.1 The Parties shall base this Agreement on the "Standard Contractual Clauses for Controllers and Processors in the EU / EEA" pursuant to the Commission Implementing Decision on Standard Contractual Clauses between Controllers and Processors pursuant to Article 28 (7) of the GDPR and Article 29 (7) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of June 4, 2021 (hereinafter "EU Standard Contractual Clauses") in Annex 1.
