MANAGEMENT BOARD. 7 COMPOSITION AND RULES OF PROCEDURE (1) The Management Board consists of one or more members. The number of mem- bers of the Management Board shall be determined by the Supervisory Board. (2) The Supervisory Board may appoint a chairman as well as a deputy chairman of the Management Board. (3) The Supervisory Board is responsible for the appointment of members of the Management Board, the conclusion of their employment contracts and the rev- ocation of appointments as well as for the change and termination of their em- ployment contracts. The Supervisory Board may adopt Rules of Procedure for the Management Board. (4) The members of the Management Board are appointed by the Supervisory Board for a maximum term of five years.
