Minute Seats and Minute Bundles. The customer, which is a consumer in accordance with Section 13 German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. a natural person who is concluding a transaction for purposes that are pre- dominantly not for his/her own commercial or self-employed activities ("Consumer") has a statutory right of withdrawal as regards the booking of Minute Seats and the purchase of Minute Bundles.
