Common use of Rescheduling Clause in Contracts

Rescheduling. 8.1. Customers shall have the right to apply for a re-scheduling of the repayment date of instalments payable in respect of a Loan by a period of thirty (30) days in respect of a maximum of one (1) instalments per Loan. In the case of Loans payable in two (2) instalments, rescheduling is only available in respect of the second instalment. The application for re-scheduling of the repayment date can be submitted via the Common Messaging Services (such as Email), and shall be subject to approval by Ferratum which is entitled to reject such application without assigning any reason. 8.2. Ferratum shall charge a Re-scheduling Fee in respect of each re-scheduling application submitted by the Customer. The quantum of the Rescheduling Fee varies according to the value of the Loan as shown in the Fee List in Appendix 2 to these Terms and Conditions. 8.3. Ferratum shall inform the Customer on the Common Messaging Services (such as Email) whether the re-scheduling application is approved or not. Such communication shall not constitute a binding acceptance. The re- scheduling will not come in force until the Re-scheduling Fee has been settled to Ferratum’s bank account. 8.4. The re-scheduling shall be binding and effective from the moment Ferratum receives the Re-scheduling Fee. 8.5. Once an approved re-scheduling has come in force, the Customer shall be notified accordingly.
