Common use of Reservation of Right for Self-Delivery Clause in Contracts

Reservation of Right for Self-Delivery. In the event that the contractually agreed Delivery is not available because we have not received deliveries from our own suppliers or our delivery stock is depleted, we shall be entitled to make a Delivery which is equivalent in quality and price to the contractually agreed Delivery. If this is not possible, we shall be entitled to withdraw from the Contract.
