Our services are exclusively aimed at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, i.e., natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity. All services are provided exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions. Divergent, opposing, or supplementary General Terms and Conditions of the customer (e.g., purchase conditions, terms of purchase) do not become part of the contract unless their validity is expressly agreed upon in writing at the conclusion of the contract. Any form-based reference to the customer's business conditions is expressly contradicted.
