Überschreitung der Nutzungszeit. 1. Die Nutzungszeit umfasst die vereinbarten Aufbau- und Abbauzeiten sowie die Dauer der eigentlichen Veranstaltung. Bei Überschreitung der Nutzungs- zeit hat der Veranstaltende je angefangener Stunde und bis spätestens 12:00 Uhr eine Nutzungs- pauschale für die gesamte Veranstaltungsfläche von 500,00 € zu zahlen. When exceeding the usage time, the organizer must pay a usage fee of 500,00 € for the entire event area until 12:00 (noon) local time. Exceeding 12:00 (noon) local time will be charged as an additional disassembly day at 50% of the rental list price. Further legal claims for damages remain unaffected, whereby the accrued usage fee is deducted from compensation

TEC Event Campus GmbH is contractually and non-contractually liable only as follows: a) in the case of the fraudulent concealment of defects, in the absence of guaranteed quality, as well as in the case of culpable injury to life, limb, or health, unless such liability is excluded or restricted; b) in the case of willful or gross neglect of statutory obligations, whereby liability for property damage and financial loss in cases of gross negligence by staff in non- management positions is limited to typically contractual and foreseeable damage; c) in the case of other negligence, liability for property damage and financial loss only in regards to violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), whereby the liability is also limited to typical and foreseeable damages. 2.
