Abandoned means left without provision for reasonable and necessary care or supervision.
Abandoned well means a well whose use has been permanently discontinued or which is in a state of disrepair such that it cannot be used for its intended purpose or for observation purposes.
Abandoned sign means a sign located on property which becomes vacant and unoccupied for a period of ninety (90) days or more, or any sign which pertains to a time, event or purpose which no longer applies;
Abandoned vehicle means any of the following:
Abandoned infant means a child who has been abandoned before reaching the age of one year.
Contaminated site means a site where there is a confirmed presence, caused by man, of hazardous substances of such a level that they pose a significant risk to human health or the environment taking into account current and approved future use of the land;
Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.
Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.
Designated Site The internet website to which Diligence Files are uploaded as designated by the Depositor to the Mortgage Loan Sellers, initially located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

Release Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.
Environmental Problem Property A Mortgaged Property or REO Property that is in violation of any environmental law, rule or regulation.
The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
