Annual Abandonment and Reclamation Report If any Abandonment or reclamation activities were conducted, each Operator of each Contract Area shall file an Annual Abandonment and Reclamation Activity Report on or before the last day of April following the year that the report addresses.
The purpose of this document is to describe methods and considerations for determining quantities of a pollutant that have been released into the environment or managed as waste.
The report shall describe in summary form the activities conducted, the location of such activities, including the identity of each well or facility and the date of filing of the Final Abandonment and Reclamation Report.
