ABL Facility Credit Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

ABL Facility Credit Agreement means the ABL Facility Credit Agreement dated on or about the date hereof between the Corporation, the ABL Lenders and others, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, refinanced (including as to any Refinancing Indebtedness), supplemented or modified in accordance with the terms of the Inter-Creditor Agreement so long as it remains in effect together with any other credit agreement with respect to any Refinancing of the ABL Facility.

ABL Facility Credit Agreement means the Asset-Based Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of September 7, 2016 (as amended, amended and restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time), by and among Holdings, RCPC, the subsidiaries of RCPC party from time to time thereto, MidCap Funding IV Trust, as administrative agent, collateral agent, issuing lender, and swingline lender, Crystal Financial LLC d/b/a SLR Credit Solutions, as SISO Term Loan Agent (as defined therein), Alter Domus (US) LLC, as Tranche B Administrative Agent (as defined therein), and the other lending institutions party from time to time thereto.
