Acceptable Confirmation Order definition

Acceptable Confirmation Order means an order of the Bankruptcy Court confirming an Acceptable Plan, in form and substance satisfactory to the Required Lenders and the Administrative Agent in their sole discretion (as the same may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time after entry thereof with the consent of the Required Lenders in their sole discretion).
Acceptable Confirmation Order means an order of the Bankruptcy Court confirming an Acceptable Plan that is in form and substance consistent with the RSA and otherwise satisfactory to the Required Lenders and the Loan Parties in their reasonable discretion (as the same may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time after entry thereof with the consent of the Required Lenders in their reasonable discretion).
