Acceptable Material definition

Acceptable Material means the materials listed in Section 8 below.
Acceptable Material. – means construction and demolition materials collected by the Town, including but not limited to those materials listed herein under section 5 (a) Operation.
Acceptable Material means any material which will create a hard surface, and which appears on a list of acceptable materials maintained by the local government.

  • If market conditions develop that limit or inhibit Company from selling some or all of the Acceptable Material, Company may at its option and upon notice to Supplier (i) redefine Acceptable and Unacceptable Materials, (ii) update the processing facility’s Average Commodity Mix; (iii) suspend or discontinue any or all Services, or (iv) dispose of the Acceptable Material (as currently defined) in a landfill and update the pricing to City accordingly.

  • Any changes to the Acceptable Material List must be agreed upon, in writing, by both Parties.

  • Calculate the Percent Acceptable Material by subtracting the PDc from 100%.

More Definitions of Acceptable Material

Acceptable Material means the materials listed in Section 6 below.
Acceptable Material means all Waste which is not Unacceptable Material and typically includes:
Acceptable Material. – means residential municipal waste materials collected by the Town, including but not limited to those materials listed herein under section 5 (a) Operation.
Acceptable Material means any leachate that is of the same or materially similar nature and parameters as the leachate currently being generated by City; provided, however, Acceptable Material shall not include: (i) Hazardous Waste, as herein defined; or (ii) any waste material which is required by any governmental authority or by its general nature to be handled or disposed of other than in accordance with the normal procedures of the business as existing on the date hereof or as amended from time to time; or (iii) waste material which does not conform to the description of waste materials which the Business is permitted to dispose of under its permit, operating license and other applicable requirements.
Acceptable Material means scrap metal, including but not limited to those materials listed herein under “Operations”.
Acceptable Material means any non-hazardous waste generated from a wastewater treatment plant or water supply treatment plant which are parts of the Business; provided, however, Acceptable Material shall not include: (i) Hazardous Waste, as herein defined; or (ii) any waste material which is required by any governmental authority or by its general nature to be handled or disposed of other than in accordance with the Landfills' normal disposal and fill operating procedures as existing on the date hereof or as amended from time to time; or (iii) waste material which does not conform to the description of waste materials which the Landfills are permitted to dispose of under their permits, or operating license, and other applicable requirements.
Acceptable Material. . means any material that will create a hard surface, and which appears on a list of acceptable materials maintained by the local government; and “.permissible verge treatment” means a verge treatment specified in clause 9.3.
