Acceptable Survey definition

Acceptable Survey means an “as-built” survey (a) reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, (b) prepared in accordance with the “Minimum Standard Detail Requirements and Classifications for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys” as adopted by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping in 2016, depicting such items from the Table A thereto as may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, and (c) certified to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders bearing a form of certification reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Acceptable Survey means a current as‑built land title survey prepared by a licensed surveyor in the State where the Substitution Acquired Property, the Anchor Parcel or the Substitution Released Property, as applicable, are located, in substantially the same form as the surveys delivered to Administrative Agent in connection with the Loans on or prior to the Closing Date, certified to Administrative Agent and the title company that issued the applicable Title Insurance Policy and otherwise reasonably acceptable in all material respects to Administrative Agent and the title company that issued the applicable Title Insurance Policy.
Acceptable Survey has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.15(a)(i).

More Definitions of Acceptable Survey

Acceptable Survey means, with respect to any Target Property encumbered by Assumed Debt, an Existing Survey that is sufficient to permit the Title Company to issue at Closing Buyer’s Title Policy consistent with the Survey Requirements and containing the Required Endorsements.

Related to Acceptable Survey

  • Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.

  • Land surveyor means the land surveyor appointed by the Seller, to act as such from time to time in respect of the Development or a member of a firm so appointed.

  • Record of survey map means a map of a survey of land prepared in accordance with Section 10-9a-603, 17-23-17, 17-27a-603, or 57-8-13.

  • Title Commitment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Quantity Surveyor means the quantity surveyor appointed by the Seller for the purposes of the Development;

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Acceptable Appraisal means, with respect to an appraisal of Inventory, the most recent appraisal of such property received by Agent (a) from an appraisal company satisfactory to Agent, (b) the scope and methodology (including, to the extent relevant, any sampling procedure employed by such appraisal company) of which are satisfactory to Agent, and (c) the results of which are satisfactory to Agent, in each case, in Agent’s Permitted Discretion.

  • Professional land surveyor means a professional land surveyor licensed under ch. 443.

  • Preliminary Closing Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

  • Preliminary Title Report A report issued by a title insurance company in anticipation of issuing a Title Insurance policy which evidences existing liens and gives a preliminary opinion as to the absence of any encumbrance on title to a Mortgaged Property, except liens to be removed on or before purchase or refinance, as the case may be, by the Borrower and Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Approved Valuer means a firm of valuers recognized as such by the Income Tax Department and having experience of valuing at least 5 (five) properties exceeding Rs. 100 cr. (Rupees one hundred crore) each in value;

  • Title Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9.

It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.
