Acceptance Deed definition

Acceptance Deed means the deed forming part of the Framework ILUA at Schedule 1, Annexure B (as amended from time to time pursuant to the Framework ILUA) by which a Company may enter into the Framework ILUA;
Acceptance Deed means a deed of acceptance substantially in the form of Annex A.
Acceptance Deed a written act signed by the "Parties", which confirms the transfer (unless the confirmation is done electronically), change and / or return of terminal equipment to the Company by the "Subscriber" (in case of temporary transfer); also, in case of a preliminary request of the subscriber - the fact of providing / receiving "services" and / or related additional services.

  • The Company may at any point suspend the payment deadline if an invoice cannot be processed because it does not comply with the requirements of the Agreement, the Applicable Laws, or the respective Assignment Order or Acceptance Deed and/or Delivery Notice.

  • The Contractor shall deliver to the Company an invoice specifying the amount of the Fee payable only after the Company has signed the Acceptance Deed and/or Delivery Note with respect to the Assignment (or its part) which the invoice is related to.

  • Upon completing the Assignment for Related Services (or, if so envisaged under the respective Assignment Order, the part of the Assignment), the Contractor shall issue to the Company a signed Acceptance Deed.
