Access Code for Transmission definition

Access Code for Transmission or “ACT” shall mean the access code for transmission approved by the XXXX after consultation of the market and published by the TSO in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

  • The TSO endeavours to reduce as much as possible the planned or unplanned interruption periods in accordance with the provisions of this Article and of attachment C1 of the Access Code for Transmission.

  • The Grid User may assign or transfer any or all of the Transmission Services it has subscribed for under this Agreement if the conditions set out in attachment B of the Access Code for Transmission are met.

  • The Grid Users affected by the interruption and/or reduction and the XXXX shall be informed by the TSO of the event and the estimated duration, according to the reporting obligations described in attachment F of the Access Code for Transmission.

  • Any interruption of the subscribed Services for maintenance, repair or replacement works shall be allocated between the Grid Users on a fair and non- discriminatory basis, and, to the extent possible, pro rata their respective subscribed Services, in accordance with attachment C1 of the Access Code for Transmission.

  • Maintenance, repair or replacement works which may affect the Firm and Backhaul capacities shall be limited in duration and occurrence insofar as reasonably possible and in accordance with attachment C1 of the Access Code for Transmission.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Standard Transmission Agreement and attachment C1 of the Access Code for Transmission, the TSO shall operate and maintain the Transmission Grid in accordance with the applicable regulation (including amongst others the European legislation).

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • Transmission links are the means used for inter-connecting distributed units for the purpose of conveying signals, operating data or an energy supply. This equipment is generally electrical but may, in some part, be mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic.

  • Electronic voting system means a secured voting system based process of display of electronic ballots, recording of votes of the Members and the number of votes polled in favour or against, in such a manner that the entire voting exercised by way of electronic means gets registered and counted in an electronic registry in a centralized server with adequate cyber security.

  • Electronic Transmission means any form of communication not directly involving the physical transmission of paper that creates a record that may be retained, retrieved and reviewed by a recipient thereof and that may be directly reproduced in paper form by such a recipient through an automated process.

  • Qualifying Transmission Upgrade means a proposed enhancement or addition to the Transmission System that: (a) will increase the Capacity Emergency Transfer Limit into an LDA by a megawatt quantity certified by the Office of the Interconnection; (b) the Office of the Interconnection has determined will be in service on or before the commencement of the first Delivery Year for which such upgrade is the subject of a Sell Offer in the Base Residual Auction; (c) is the subject of a Facilities Study Agreement executed before the conduct of the Base Residual Auction for such Delivery Year and (d) a New Service Customer is obligated to fund through a rate or charge specific to such facility or upgrade.

  • Merchant Transmission Facilities means A.C. or D.C. transmission facilities that are interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and that are so identified in Tariff, Attachment T, provided, however, that Merchant Transmission Facilities shall not include (i) any Customer Interconnection Facilities, (ii) any physical facilities of the Transmission System that were in existence on or before March 20, 2003 ; (iii) any expansions or enhancements of the Transmission System that are not identified as Merchant Transmission Facilities in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan and Tariff, Attachment T, or (iv) any transmission facilities that are included in the rate base of a public utility and on which a regulated return is earned. Merchant Transmission Provider:

  • Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.

  • Transmission Licensee means any person who is authorised by a Transmission Licence to transmit electricity, acting in that capacity;
