Access Policy definition

Access Policy means the document titled Access Requirements Policy attached as Schedule 5.09.
Access Policy has the meaning given in the Works Coordination Agreement.
Access Policy means the access policy set out in the schedule to this agreement which is subject to change (from time to time).

More Definitions of Access Policy

Access Policy means the Policy on Allowed Access to AARNet dated 1 January 2005, and includes all modifications or amendments to, or replacement versions of, that document made by APL in its discretion from time to time.
