Access Times definition

Access Times. ; means the access times as set out in the Hire Agreement Form, clause 9 (if appropriate), and any Additional Hours that may be agreed.
Access Times means the days and hours described in Item 6 of the Schedule in which the Community user is entitled to use the Premises in accordance with this Agreement;
Access Times means the time period during which the Client can access the University Space on any one day during the Booking Period.

  • UCA reserves the right to offer the Use Area to other users during the Access Times where the Hirer fails to pay the fees in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that all Attendees do not congregate in groups outside the Property, obey all local parking restrictions and any parking requirements of the Property (where the Use Area includes use of shared car parking facilities, such use to be strictly limited to the Access Times), and do not block neighbouring driveways or otherwise adversely impact the amenity of neighbours of the Property.

More Definitions of Access Times

Access Times means the times, to be agreed between the Authority and the Sub-hubco for each Functional Area, within which the Services shall be carried out;

"Defect" means a defect with the Warranted Work arising due to a failure by IIAA to undertake the verification described in clause 4.1(d) with due care, skill and diligence and, which results in the Warranted Work no longer complying with the Works Contract, the National Construction Code and applicable Australian Standards in place at the time theWarranted Work was performed, however the following are not defects:
