Accommodations and services definition
Accommodations and services means an accommodation or service described in Subsection 59-12-103(1)(i).
Accommodations and services means an accommodation or service described in Utah Code Subsection 63H-1-205(1) Utah Code. Accommodations and Services does not include amounts paid or charged that are not part of a rental room rate.
Examples of Accommodations and services in a sentence
Accommodations and services provided directly by the licensee shall have a value of ½ the prevailing rate charged to the public for similar accommodations or services.
Lessor represents and warrants that upon commencement of the Lease Term the Premises comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12181, et seq., the Provisions Governing Public Accommodations and services Operated by Private Entities), and all regulations promulgated thereunder (the “ADA”).
