Accounts Committee definition

Accounts Committee means the Accounts Committee constituted under these rules;
Accounts Committee means the select committee of the House of Commons which is responsible for overseeing government expenditures; Publication means any announcement, comment or publication of any publicity material by the Recipient concerning the Activities or the Authority; Quality Standards means the standards described in Annex 5; Remedial Action Plan means the remedial action plan developed by the Recipient and to remedy failure to deliver the Activities as set out in paragraph 9.8; Representatives means any of the Partiesduly authorised directors, employees, officers, agents, professional advisors and consultants; Reporting Requirements means the reporting requirements described in Annex 5;
Accounts Committee means the committee appointed under section 97.

Examples of Accounts Committee in a sentence

  • Actions are planned and taken in response to the recommendations of the Audit Committee and Public Accounts Committee.

  • The Corporate and Institutional Accounts Committee shall exercise such fiduciary powers and duties as may be assigned to it by the General Trust Committee.

Related to Accounts Committee

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.

  • OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol. The physician may

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Finance Committee means the Finance Committee of the University;

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Plan Committee means a committee of two or more directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Campaign committee means the committee designated by a candidate to receive all contributions

  • Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
