Accumulation Member definition

Accumulation Member means a Member with benefits referable to an Accumulation Category.
Accumulation Member means a Member who is classified by the Employer as a Member who will receive benefits in accordance with Clause 3.8.
Accumulation Member means a member of a Fund who is not a Defined Benefit Member.

Catch-up Contributions for a Participant for a taxable year may not exceed the dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) for the taxable year. The dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) is $1,000 for taxable years beginning in 2002, increasing by $1,000 for each year thereafter up to $5,000 for taxable years beginning in 2006 and later years. After 2006, the $5,000 limit will be adjusted by the Secretary of the Treasury for cost-of-living increases under Code Section 414(v)(2)(C). Any such adjustments will be in multiples of $500.

  • Accumulation Amount means $83,333,333.34; provided, however, if the commencement of the Accumulation Period is delayed in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof, the Accumulation Amount shall be determined in accordance with the definition of “Accumulation Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Return Accumulation Period means the period from (and including) a Periodic Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the Issue Date) to (but excluding) the next (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the first) Periodic Distribution Date;
