Acquired Customer definition

Acquired Customer means a Customer formerly supplied by assets that were formerly owned by a Distributor other than Hydro One and those assets were acquired by and are now owned and operated by Hydro One and as such the Customer is now supplied by Hydro One.‌
Acquired Customer means an individual that becomes a Customer through a Postmedia Contact Point.
Acquired Customer means a Person whose Loans are acquired by Buyer hereunder. For the avoidance of doubt, no Person who is the borrower of an Excluded Loan is an “Acquired Customer” for purposes of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Acquired Customer

Acquired Customer shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 3.05.

Fraud Traffic means deposits, revenues or traffic generated through illegal means or any other action committed in bad faith to defraud Bet9ja, at Bet9ja’s sole discretion, including, without limitation, deposits into Bet9ja betting account generated via stolen cards, misuse or manipulation of the Bet9ja Services or bonuses, creation of false Bet9ja accounts or unauthorised use of third party accounts.

  • Covered Customer means any Person who is or was an actual customer or client (or prospective customer or client with whom a Covered Party actively marketed or made or taken specific action to make a proposal) of a Covered Party as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(b) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.
