Acquired Customer definition

Acquired Customer means a Customer formerly supplied by assets that were formerly owned by a Distributor other than Hydro One and those assets were acquired by and are now owned and operated by Hydro One and as such the Customer is now supplied by Hydro One.‌

Acquired Customer means an individual that becomes a Customer through a Postmedia Contact Point.

Acquired Customer shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 3.05.

Fraud Traffic means deposits, revenues or traffic generated through illegal means or any other action committed in bad faith to defraud Bet9ja, at Bet9ja’s sole discretion, including, without limitation, deposits into Bet9ja betting account generated via stolen cards, misuse or manipulation of the Bet9ja Services or bonuses, creation of false Bet9ja accounts or unauthorised use of third party accounts.

Acquired Customer means any customer of an Unaffiliated Company that is the subject of a Qualified Acquisition, provided that the agreement or other relationship with such customer was entered into by the Unaffiliated Company prior to the consummation of the Qualified Acquisition.
