Actual Capital Costs definition

Actual Capital Costs means those costs which are to be incurred by the CAB for the purpose of planning, designing, constructing, financing, and acquiring the Public Improvements, including, but not limited to, the following:
Actual Capital Costs means the sum of all Capital Costs actually incurred by or on behalf of Seller to complete construction of the Facility in its Phase 1 and Phase 2 configurations.
Actual Capital Costs means the Capital Costs as incurred and as determined in accordance with the Cost Accounting Protocol, and as reduced by the value of any financial assistance in the form of a direct subsidy or other kind of cash contribution from the Government of Canada, but excluding any loans or loan guarantees;
