Bond Issuance Costs definition

Bond Issuance Costs means the costs associated with issuing PID Bonds, including, but not limited to, attorney fees, financial advisory fees, consultant fees, appraisal fees, printing costs, publication costs, capitalized interest, reserve fund requirements, underwriter’s discount, fees charged by the Texas Attorney General, and any other cost or expense incurred by the City directly associated with the issuance of any series of PID Bonds.
Bond Issuance Costs means namely the costs, fees and expenses incurred or to be incurred in connection with the issuance and delivery of the Bonds, including financial, legal, publication costs, filing and recording fees, preparing and printing the Bonds and the documentation supporting the issuance of the Bonds, costs of reproducing documents, and any other costs of a similar nature reasonably incurred.
Bond Issuance Costs means the costs associated with issuing PID Bonds, if issued, including but not limited to attorney fees, financial advisory fees, consultant fees, appraisal fees, printing costs, publication costs, City costs, capitalized interest, reserve fund requirements, underwriter’s discount, fees charged by the Texas Attorney General, and any other cost or expense directly associated with the issuance of PID Bonds, if such bonds are issued.
