Actual Net Cash Flow definition

Actual Net Cash Flow means the actual net cash flow of the Loan Parties as of the relevant date of determination which corresponds to the budgeted net cash flow of the Loan Parties during the relevant period of determination, as determined in a manner consistent with the Approved Budget.
Actual Net Cash Flow means the actual amount of all Distributions of On-Going Revenue paid to the CADA Subsidiary Parties, which such amounts shall be paid directly from the CADA Subsidiary Parties to the Borrower.
Actual Net Cash Flow means the actual amount of all Revenues paid to and received in the Revenue Account for the benefit of the Borrower, net of expenses permitted under the CADA.

  • For purposes of calculating Actual Net Cash Flow, "gross revenues" shall mean actual revenues received from hotel departments, including but not limited to room rental, food and beverage operations, telecommunications, health club, golf, tennis, business center activities, retail, parking and any other related activities.

More Definitions of Actual Net Cash Flow

Actual Net Cash Flow has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(g).
Actual Net Cash Flow means the sum of (i) Actual Cash Receipts for the relevant Period of determination, minus (ii) the Actual Disbursement Amount for the relevant Period of determination.

For purposes of calculating operating expenses, fixed expenses and fees, franchise and management fees will be included at the higher of the actual amount paid or the contractual amount.
Actual Net Cash Flow means Net Operating Income from all of the Projects, computed on a trailing twelve (12)–month basis by Borrower subject to the review and approval of Lender in its reasonable discretion.
Actual Net Cash Flow means, for any period, the amount obtained by subtracting Actual Operating Expenses for such period from Gross Income from Operations for such period; provided, however, that for purposes of determining whether or not a NOI Trigger Event has occurred (a) the Rents from the Property will be annualized based upon Leases in existence as of the date immediately following the applicable Actual NOI Determination Date, based upon the rent roll delivered to Lender by Borrower under Section 4.16 hereof and (b) Actual Operating Expenses and Gross Income from Operations (other than Rents) will each be based upon the trailing 12-month period preceding the Actual NOI Determination Date. An example of each calculation is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule V.
Actual Net Cash Flow means, for any period, the Actual Receipts for such period less the Actual Expenditures for such period.
Actual Net Cash Flow means the sum of actual sources of cash (excluding Revolving Advances) for the given year less (a) Net Mortgage Proceeds, if any; (b) as to the fiscal year ending March 31, 1992, the amount due under Section 2.5.1(c); (c) as to the fiscal year ending March 31, 1993, the amount due under Section 2.5.1(d); and (d) the sum of actual uses of cash for the given year. For the purposes hereof, "Projected Net Cash Flow" means the sum of projected sources of cash for the given year less the sum of projected uses of cash for the given year.
