Actual Retirement Date definition

Actual Retirement Date means the date the Participant actually retires and becomes eligible to start receiving benefits under the Plan by reason of such retirement.
Actual Retirement Date means the first day of the month coincident with or next following the date on which an Eligible Employee actually Retires.
Actual Retirement Date means the first day of the month that coincides with or next follows the date of the Participant's Separation of Service.

Examples of Actual Retirement Date in a sentence

  • A Member’s Actual Retirement Date is the first day of the calendar month coincident with or next following the date on which the Continuous Service of a Member terminates and she begins to receive her Pension.

  • In such event, the payment of benefits to which such Participant has earned entitlement (“Late Retirement Pension”) shall be deferred until his Actual Retirement Date.

More Definitions of Actual Retirement Date

Actual Retirement Date means the date on which an Employee retires with an Early Retirement Pension, Late Retirement Pension, or Normal Retirement Pension.
