A Member’s Actual Retirement Date is the first day of the calendar month coincident with or next following the date on which the Continuous Service of a Member terminates and she begins to receive her Pension.
The annual Late Retirement Pension shall be the amount determined in accordance with the Normal Retirement Benefit described in Section 5.02 based on Credited Service and Final Average Earnings at the Participant’s Actual Retirement Date.
The determination of the retirement benefits that the Participant is eligible to receive from the retirement plan of the foreign subsidiary or affiliated company and foreign social security benefits shall be made at time of the Employee’s Actual Retirement Date or the first date the Participant is eligible to receive such benefits, if later, and shall not be subject to change thereafter for purposes of determining the Allowance under the Plan.
