Added Products shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 3(a) of this IP License Agreement.

Added Products means additional Products acquired during the relevant Service Term from Avaya or the relevant manufacturer or from an Avaya channel partner of the same type and manufacturer(s) as existing Supported Products and located by Customer with the existing Supported Products at the relevant Supported Site.

Examples of Added Products in a sentence

  • Added Products will be added to the Order automatically for the remainder of the term at the applicable rates.

  • Added Products purchased from a party other than the manufacturer or an Avaya channel partner may be added to or declined from being added to the Supported Products at Avaya’s discretion, and will be subject to certification by Avaya at Avaya’s then current Services rates.

  • Added Products purchased from a party other than Centre are subject to certification by Centre at Centre’s then current rates for such certification.

  • Value Added Products - Value added products are raw agricultural products that have been modified or enhanced to have a higher market value and/or a longer shelf life.

Related to Added Products

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Back Ordered Products If product is not expected to ship within the time provided to the TIPS Member by the Vendor, the Member is to be notified within 3 business days and appropriate action taken based on customer request.

  • Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms and chosen by Enrolled Affiliate under this Enrollment.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.
