Supported Products definition

Supported Products means the Products for which the Services are to be provided, as identified in the applicable Order or SOW, together with any added Products, which may include Products made available for Customer’s use as part of Subscription Services and Third Party Products to the extent they are specified in the relevant Order or Service Description.
Supported Products means the Supported Hardware and Supported Software components to be supported by ImageSoft under this SMA.
Supported Products means those items of hardware and software as set out in the Scoping Document(s) or otherwise agreed to be added (less any agreed deletions) by the Parties;

Examples of Supported Products in a sentence

  • Performance Tuning The Supplier will provide performance tuning analysis, advice and recommendations for the Supported Products using proprietary and commercially available tools.

  • Virtualisation The Supplier will provide technology advice to the buyer for virtualisation initiatives affecting the Supported Products Upgrade Support The Supplier will provide advice and recommendations for the buyer planned upgrade to a newer release of the Supported Products, subject to the buyer having all required license rights to such release.

  • Database If the Supplier is not engaged to provide database maintenance services under a separate contract, the Product Maintenance and Ancillary Support Services Supplier will provide advisory support for the database infrastructure and related technical diagnostic services for the Supported Products.

  • Support The Supplier will diagnose and create fixes and/or workarounds for Software Issues reported for the Supported Products.

  • Use of Fixes and Updates Fixes and updates provided by the Supplier pursuant to this contact may only be used in the number of environments listed in the Supported Products.


More Definitions of Supported Products

Supported Products are: (i) hardware or software Products identified in the SSA; and (ii)
Supported Products means the Products for which the Services are to be provided, as identified in the applicable Order or SOW, together with any added Products, which may include Products made available for Customer’s use as part of Subscription Services and non-Avaya Products to the extent they are specified in the relevant Order or Service Description.
Supported Products means the (i) finished goods of the SpinCo Business which Parent or the relevant Service Provider Party is authorized to sell to Customers in the Country(ies) under the SpinCo Contracts and which are set up in, and subject to, the Demand Plan systems of the SpinCo Business as maintained in the systems of Parent or other relevant Service Provider Party at the Effective Date, (ii) finished goods of the SpinCo Business that may be added to such systems after the Effective Date pursuant to Section 3.9(c), and (iii) Ivory Products which Parent or the relevant Service Provider Party is authorized to sell to Customers in the Ivory Countries.
Supported Products means a device, platform or other product which is supported by the Service;
Supported Products means the current version of the Software and any prior version for which Licensor provides support.
Supported Products means the variety of securities, financial instruments and products offered by XHK (acting in its discretion) to the Company for the benefit of the Clients for trading through the Trading Account.
Supported Products has the meaning assigned to it in the Enterprise Support Policy.
