Supported Products definition

Supported Products means the Products for which the Services are to be provided, as identified in the applicable Order or SOW, together with any added Products, which may include Products made available for Customer’s use as part of Subscription Services and Third Party Products to the extent they are specified in the relevant Order or Service Description.
Supported Products means the Supported Hardware and Supported Software components to be supported by ImageSoft under this SMA.
Supported Products means those items of hardware and software as set out in the Scoping Document(s) or otherwise agreed to be added (less any agreed deletions) by the Parties;

Examples of Supported Products in a sentence

  • For certain Supported Products subject to End of Support, Seller may continue to offer Extended Support.

  • Seller may charge additional amounts to recover any additional costs incurred in providing the Maintenance Services that result from the move of Supported Products by a party other than Seller or its authorized agent.

  • Customer will provide all Supported Products, Supported Systems, and Supported Sites.

  • Except for Products sold by Seller to Customer under the terms and provision of the Agreement, title to the Supported Products will have passed to Customer pursuant to the terms and provisions of a separate agreement under which Customer originally obtained the Supported Products.

  • If Customer acquires Added Products and locates such Added Products with existing Supported Products at a Supported Site, the Added Products will automatically be added to the Order at the then current fees charged by Seller as of the date on which the Added Products are first co-located with the Supported Products and for the remainder of the Maintenance Term.


More Definitions of Supported Products

Supported Products are: (i) hardware or software Products identified in the SSA; and (ii)
Supported Products means the (i) finished goods of the SpinCo Business which Parent or the relevant Service Provider Party is authorized to sell to Customers in the Country(ies) under the SpinCo Contracts and which are set up in, and subject to, the Demand Plan systems of the SpinCo Business as maintained in the systems of Parent or other relevant Service Provider Party at the Effective Date, (ii) finished goods of the SpinCo Business that may be added to such systems after the Effective Date pursuant to Section 3.9(c), and (iii) Ivory Products which Parent or the relevant Service Provider Party is authorized to sell to Customers in the Ivory Countries.
Supported Products means a device, Platform or other Product which is supported by the Service;
Supported Products means the variety of securities, financial instruments and products offered by XHK (acting in its discretion) to the Company for the benefit of the Clients for trading through the Trading Account.
Supported Products means, collectively, the Supported Hardware and ------------------ Supported Software. 1.9 "Supported Software" means the software (Source Code and Object Code) ------------------ licensed to Licensee under the License Agreement that is subject to support and maintenance under this Agreement, including, without limitation, the software identified on Attachment A.

Supported Products or “Products” shall mean VISURE REQUIREMENTS, and any additional modules included in the applicable ordering document. The term "Software" includes, to the extent provided by VISURE: 1) any revisions, updates and/or upgrades thereto; 2) any data, image or executable files, computer software, or similar items customarily distributed with computer software products; and 3) any associated media, electronic and on-line documentation (the "Documentation").
