Additional Claims means any mining claims which either party may acquire and/or stake on open locatable ground during the Term of this Agreement within the Property and the area lying within one mile of the outer boundaries of the Property.

More Definitions of Additional Claims

Additional Claims means the four unpatented mining claims covering 5 units in the Dome and Heyson Townships in the Red Lake Gold District of Ontario, as more particularly set forth in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement.
