Additional Economic Member definition

Additional Economic Member means a Person admitted as an Economic Member and associated with a Series in accordance with ARTICLE III as a result of an issuance of Interests of such Series to such Person by the Company. Advisory Board has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.4.
