Additional Extension Period definition

Additional Extension Period. As defined in Section 3.1.

Additional Extension Period means an additional 60-day period after the Automatic Extension Period for any Rejected Location that satisfies the Site Criteria.

Additional Extension Period has the meaning set forth in Section 8.7(c)(i).

Examples of Additional Extension Period in a sentence

• An identifier resolver called the object name service is used to locate the desired information server with given an identifier.

• During the Additional Extension Period, ACADIA will provide information on compounds included in the Back-up Pool for continued evaluation by the parties.

• During the Additional Extension Period, Allergan, with the consent of the JRC, also may elect to pursue the Additional Extension Program.

• Allergan shall use reasonable efforts to select a compound from the Back-up Pool to be treated as a second Collaboration Lead Compound prior to the end of the Additional Extension Period.

• If Allergan selects a Back-up Pool compound to be treated as a Collaboration Lead Compound during the Additional Extension Period, then until one year after the end of the Additional Extension Period, Allergan may exchange such Collaboration Lead Compound for a compound within the Back-up Pool, which will then be treated as a Collaboration Lead Compound.

• The exercise in full of the Share Purchase Mandate would result in the purchase of 75,996,561 Shares.
