Additional Registrar definition

Additional Registrar means an officer appointed as Additional Registrar of co-operative societies, under sub-section (2) of Section3;
Additional Registrar means Additional Registrar (O.S), and includes in his absence the Deputy Registrar and other officer of the Court appointed to exercise one or any of the powers mentioned in section 6 of the Act and to perform the functions assigned to the Additional Registrar (O.S.) , under this Chapter;
