Additional Review Materials definition

Additional Review Materials means the documents and other materials provided in accordance with subsection 3.3(c).
Additional Review Materials means any additional documents or other material that the Asset Representations Reviewer may reasonably request pursuant to Section 3.03(b) of this Agreement or any additional documents or other material that the Servicer may provide to the Asset Representations Reviewer pursuant to Section 3.05(b) of this Agreement.
Additional Review Materials has the meaning stated in Section 3.3(a).

Examples of Additional Review Materials in a sentence

  • The Servicer will have fifteen (15) days to provide the Asset Representations Reviewer with the Additional Review Materials or other documents or information that are deemed necessary to facilitate the performance of a Review Procedure.

  • However, if Additional Review Materials are provided to the Asset Representations Reviewer under subsection 3.3(c), the Review period will end on the later of the end of the initial sixty (60) day period and the thirtieth (30th) day following receipt of the Additional Review Materials.

  • It is the intention of the Sponsor and the Servicer that the Initial Materials, the list of Review Assets, the Post-Trigger Review Materials and any Additional Review Materials (collectively, the “Review Materials”) not contain any Personal Information.

  • The Sponsor will designate one or more representatives who will be available to assist the Asset Representations Reviewer in performing the Review, including responding to requests and answering questions from the Asset Representations Reviewer about the Review Materials, obtaining Additional Review Materials and/or providing clarification of any Review Materials or Review Procedures.

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will deliver a final Review Report to the Sponsor, the Servicer, the Transferor, the Issuing Entity and the Indenture Trustee within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of such Additional Review Materials and/or clarification from the Servicer.

  • If Additional Review Materials have not been provided by the Servicer within 15 calendar days after receipt of such notice, the parties agree that each Subject Receivable subject to the applicable Test(s) will have a Test Fail for the related Test(s) and the Test(s) will be considered completed and the Review Report will indicate the reason for the Test Fail.

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will deliver a final Review Report to Indenture Trustee, the RPA Seller, the Servicer and the Transferor within 10 Business Days of receipt of such Additional Review Materials and/or clarification from the Servicer.

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will complete the Asset Representations Review of all of the Subject Receivables within sixty (60) calendar days after the Review Commencement Date (the "Asset Representations Review Period"); provided, however, that if Additional Review Materials are provided to the Asset Representations Reviewer under Section 3.3(b), the Asset Representations Review Period will be extended for an additional thirty (30) calendar days.

Related to Additional Review Materials

  • Review Materials means, for an Asset Review and a Subject Receivable, the documents and other materials for each Test listed under “Review Materials” in Schedule A.

  • Clinical review criteria means the written screening procedures, decision abstracts, clinical protocols, and practice guidelines used by a health carrier to determine the necessity and appropriateness of health care services.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • Asset Representations Review Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.6(d) of the Indenture.

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.

  • Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Records Review means any assessment the Province conducts pursuant to section A.7.4 (Records Review).

  • Asset Review Notice means the notice from the Trustee to the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Servicer directing the Asset Representations Reviewer to perform an Asset Review under Section 3.4 of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Asset Representations Review means, following the occurrence of a Delinquency Trigger, the review of ARR Receivables to be undertaken by the Asset Representations Reviewer pursuant to the terms of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.

  • Asset Review Report means, with respect to any Asset Review, the report of the Asset Representations Reviewer prepared in accordance with Section 3.5.

  • Designated reception site means the designated place for the reception, staging, integration, and onward movement of contractors deploying during a contingency. The designated reception site includes assigned joint reception centers and other Service or private reception sites.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;
