Settlement Terms: Terms Relating to Cash Settlement: Settlement Method: For purposes of the Credit Derivatives Definitions, Cash Settlement shall apply, provided however that Section 7.1 of the Credit Derivatives Definitions shall not apply and in lieu of the payment of any Cash Settlement Amount, the Adjusted Notional Amount (as defined below) will be determined upon the determination of the Cash Settlement Amount and the settlement procedure set out in “Credit Event Settlement” below shall apply.

If on the Scheduled Termination Date Buyer determines that no Adjusted Notional Amount will become due after the Scheduled Termination Date, then Buyer shall make the Final Payment required under clause (i) of the definition thereof on the Scheduled Termination Date if and only if Seller transfers (or causes to be transferred) to Buyer, under the Credit Support Annex, Equivalent Credit Support with respect to all items comprising the Credit Support Balance on a delivery versus payment basis.
Redemption Amount and Adjusted Notional Amount If no Credit Event occurs in respect of the Reference Entity, the Redemption Amount to be paid at the Redemption Date will equal the Principal Amount of the Notes.
The Adjusted Notional Amount might be received by the investors prior to the planned Redemption Date (“Ordinary Redemption Date”).
For the avoidance of doubt, for the purposes of determining the Adjusted Notional Amount in respect of (A) and (B) above, the Loss Adjustment Amount in respect of such Cash Settlement Date shall be deemed to be zero.

If on any day the Principal Amount is reduced to zero and an Adjusted Notional Amount then is due or remains to be determined, then, upon payment of such Adjusted Notional Amount or reduction of such Adjusted Notional Amount (without repayment), all claims in respect of the Notes shall be extinguished for all purposes.
