Auction Settlement Amount definition

Auction Settlement Amount means an amount per Note equal to the product of (i) the Auction Final Price and (ii) the notional amount of each Note.

Examples of Auction Settlement Amount in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Early Termination Amount shall, for these purposes, take into account any Auction Settlement Amount or Cash Settlement Amount (as applicable) deemed to constitute an Unpaid Amount under the terms of the Swap Agreement.

  • Section 9(h)(ii)(1) of the Agreement shall not apply to the Auction Settlement Amount or Cash Settlement Amount that is deemed to constitute an Unpaid Amount pursuant to this paragraph.

  • Where the Issuer is to redeem Notes by means of Auction Settlement, the redemption of each Note shall be effected by the payment of the Auction Settlement Amount on the Credit Event Redemption Date, such amount to be apportioned pro rata among the Noteholders, rounding the resulting figure downwards to the nearest sub-unit of the relevant currency.

  • Settlement Amount means the Auction Settlement Amount or the Physical Settlement Amount, as the case may be.

More Definitions of Auction Settlement Amount

Auction Settlement Amount means the greater of (a) (i) the Reference Entity Notional Amount of the relevant Reference Entity which is the subject of such Event Determination Date (or, if the provisions of Asset Term 2.11 apply, the applicable Exercise Amount) multiplied by (ii) the Auction Final Price and (b) zero;

  • Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms means the credit derivatives auction settlement terms published by ISDA in relation to the Reference Entity or Reference Obligation with the object of determining an Auction Final Price, which shall include, where more than one set of terms is published in respect of the Reference Entity, all or any of such terms so published.
