Auction Settlement Amount definition

Auction Settlement Amount means an amount per Note equal to the product of (i) the Auction Final Price and (ii) the notional amount of each Note.
Auction Settlement Amount means, in relation to any Reference Entity, an amount in the Settlement Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the formula below:

Examples of Auction Settlement Amount in a sentence

  • Where the Issuer is to redeem Notes by means of Auction Settlement, the redemption of each Note shall be effected by the payment of the Auction Settlement Amount on the Credit Event Redemption Date, such amount to be apportioned pro rata among the Noteholders, rounding the resulting figure downwards to the nearest sub-unit of the relevant currency.

  • For the purpose of this Condition, the Auction Settlement Amount shall be considered as the Final Settlement Amount.

  • The “Credit Event Redemption Amount” of a Note is an amount equal to such Note’s pro rata portion of the amount equal to either the Auction Settlement Amount or the Cash Settlement Amount (as the case may be) payable by the Swap Counterparty under the Charged Agreement.

More Definitions of Auction Settlement Amount

Auction Settlement Amount means the greater of (a) (i) the Reference Entity Notional Amount of the relevant Reference Entity which is the subject of such Event Determination Date (or, if the provisions of Asset Term 2.11 apply, the applicable Exercise Amount) multiplied by (ii) the Auction Final Price and (b) zero;
Auction Settlement Amount means, in relation to a Tranche of Credit-Linked Notes in respect of which Auction Settlement is specified as the applicable Settlement Method in the Applicable Pricing Supplement, the amount determined as per the conditions set out in the Applicable Pricing Settlement;

Related to Auction Settlement Amount

  • Physical Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date for which Physical Settlement is applicable, an amount in cash equal to the product of (a) the Forward Price in effect on the relevant Settlement Date multiplied by (b) the Settlement Shares for such Settlement Date.

  • Cash Settlement Amount means the “Cash Settlement Amount” as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Paragraph 6.

The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.

  • Termination Settlement Date means, for any Terminated Obligation, the date customary for settlement, substantially in accordance with the then-current market practice in the principal market for such Terminated Obligation (as determined by the Calculation Agent), of the sale of such Terminated Obligation with the trade date for such sale occurring on the related Termination Trade Date.

  • Net Share Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Section 3.3 of the Operating Agreement.

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).
