Administration Fee Letter definition

Administration Fee Letter means a fee letter between the Seller Representative and MUFG as Administrative Agent regarding any fees to be paid by MUFG in its role as Administrative Agent.
Administration Fee Letter shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(a).
Administration Fee Letter means the amended and restated fee letter, dated as of the date hereof, between the Sellers and MUFG Bank, as Administrative Agent.

Administration Fee Letter means the Administration Fee Letter dated March 15, 2024 between the Company and the Co-Administrative Agents, as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
