General Orders. A copy of all General orders and special notices issued by the Chief of the Fire Division shall be distributed to the Secretary of the Union at his Fire Department assignment.
General Orders. Each Party shall comply with the Operating Agent’s General Orders, in existence on the Effective Date and as may be modified from time to time, in the operation of the Interconnected Facilities and the Facility. The Operating Agent shall provide a written copy of its General Orders upon request of Generator and thereafter notify Generator of any modifications in the Operating Agent’s General Orders at least ten (10) days prior to the effective date of any such modifications.

The Department will make accessible to each bargaining unit member a notebook that contains the City Charter, City Policies and Procedures, General or Special Orders of the Department, and Handbook for Law Enforcement Officers. Bargaining unit members will further receive training in each and every item for which they will be expected to abide.

When accepted, a Purchase Order supersedes all prior agreements, purchase orders, quotations, proposals and other communications regarding the Goods and/or Services covered by the Purchase Order, except that a prior agreement signed by an authorized representative of VWLLC (e.g. the Order, an RFQ or Non-Disclosure Agreement) will continue to apply. Supplier accepts a Purchase Order, including these Terms, and forms a contract by doing any of the following: (a) commencing any work under the Purchase Order; (b) accepting the Purchase Order in writing; or (c) any other conduct that recognizes the existence of a contract with respect to the subject matter of the Purchase Order. The Purchase Order does not constitute an acceptance of any offer or proposal made by Supplier. Any reference in the Purchase Order to any offer or proposal made by Supplier is solely to incorporate the description or specifications of Goods and/or Services in the prior proposal, but only to the extent that the description or specifications do not conflict with the description and specifications in the Purchase Order. Any additional or different terms proposed by Supplier, whether in Supplier’s quotation, acknowledgement, invoice or otherwise, shall be deemed a material alteration of these Terms, and are hereby objected to and rejected by VWLLC; provided, that any such proposal or attempted variance shall not operate as a rejection of the Purchase Order if Supplier accepts VWLLC’s offer by commencement of work, shipment of the Goods, acceptance of the Order in writing or by other means acceptable to VWLLC, in which case the Purchase Order shall be deemed accepted by Supplier without any additional or different terms or variations. General Orders. The Department will make accessible to each Member a notebook in print or electronic media that contains the City Policies, Procedures, General or Special Orders of the Department, and this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that references to General Orders in this Agreement are to General Orders currently in effect. In the event that a General Order referenced in this Agreement is amended or replaced, the reference shall automatically include the new General Order unless otherwise provided herein.
General Orders. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, where the Village or Department has decided to make substantive changes, additions or deletions in the Village's or Department's Policies, General Orders, Administrative Notices, and/or Rules and Regulations, which involve terms and conditions of employment directly affecting employees covered by this Agreement, the Union Xxxxxxx shall be notified five (5) working days in advance of the effective date of any such substantive changes. This notification requirement shall be deemed satisfied by delivering the notice in writing to the Union Xxxxxxx'x or the Xxxxxxx'x designee's mailbox. The foregoing notification provision shall not be applicable in emergency circumstances where the required advance notification cannot be reasonably provided.

The City will ensure that all General Orders are accessible to the bargaining unit employees in a searchable format.
