Administrator Disaster Recovery Plans definition

Administrator Disaster Recovery Plans means the backup, business continuation and disaster recovery plans as set forth in Schedule I, or other substantially similar backup, business continuation and disaster recovery plans that are no less protective of the Company than those plans maintained and implemented by the Administrator or its Affiliates for the performance for its own account of services that are analogous to the Services provided under this Agreement.

  • As part of the Administrative Services, the Administrator shall, and shall require its Subcontractors to, promptly implement the Administrator Disaster Recovery Plans in the event of a Business Interruption.

  • For as long as Services are provided hereunder, at no cost to the Company, the Administrator shall, and shall cause its Affiliates to, maintain and adhere to the Administrator Disaster Recovery Plans.

Related to Administrator Disaster Recovery Plans

  • Disaster Recovery Plan means has the meaning set out in paragraph 1.2.3 of schedule 4 (Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity);

  • Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Administrator/Benchmark Event Date means, in respect of an Administrator/Benchmark Event, the date on which the authorisation, registration, recognition, endorsement, equivalence decision, approval or inclusion in any official register is (i) required under any applicable law or regulation; or

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Servicer Termination Test With respect to any Distribution Date, the Servicer will fail the Servicer Termination Test if the Realized Loss Percentage for the Mortgage Loans exceeds the applicable percentages set forth below with respect to such Distribution Date: January 2006 through December 2007 2.75% January 2008 through December 2008 3.25% January 2009 through December 2009 3.75% January 2010 and thereafter 4.50%

  • Basic Plan means as to any Member or Vested Former Member the defined benefit pension plan of the Company or an Affiliated Employer intended to meet the requirements of Code Section 401(a) pursuant to which retirement benefits are payable to such Member or Vested Former Member or to the Surviving Spouse or designated beneficiary of a deceased Member or Vested Former Member.

  • Administrator/Benchmark Event means, in respect of any Series of Preference Shares and an Index, any authorisation, registration, recognition, endorsement, equivalence decision, approval or inclusion in any official register in respect of the Index or the administrator of the Index or the Index Sponsor has not been, or will not be, obtained or has been, or will be, rejected, refused, suspended or withdrawn by the relevant competent authority or other relevant official body, in each case as required under any applicable law or regulation in order for the Company, the Calculation Agent or any other entity to performits or their respective obligations in respect of the Preference Shares or any Related Financial Product, all as determined by the Calculation Agent;

  • Non-Administrator Skilled Nursing Facility means a Skilled Nursing Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Nursing Service Plan means the plan that is developed by the registered nurse based on an Individual’s initial nursing assessment, reassessment, or updates made to a nursing assessment as a result of monitoring visits. The Nursing Service Plan must describe all licensed nursing services the Individual shall receive and be pursuant to the Individual’s Service Plan.

  • Care Plan means a licensee's written description of a resident's needs, preferences, and capabilities, including by whom, when, and how often care and services are to be provided.
