Adoption Assistance Program definition

Adoption Assistance Program or “AAP” means a program of financial or medical assistance to facilitate the adoption of children who otherwise would remain in long- term foster care, as described in Welfare and Institutions Code section 16115 through 16125.
Adoption Assistance Program means the program of Benefits contained in this Article, which provides for the reimbursement of qualified adoption expenses in connection with the adoption of a child by Participants.
