Adult Use definition

Adult Use means any of the following: Adult Bookstore, Adult Motion Picture Theatre, Adult Paraphernalia Store, Adult Video Store, and Live Nudity Establishment or any other business or establishment characterized by an emphasis depicting, describing or related to sexual conduct or excitement. For the purposes of this definition, an adult use is any use or combination of uses which either have greater than twenty-five percent (25%) of the subject establishment’s inventory stock; or twenty-five percent (25%) of the subject premisesgross floor area; or 18.6 m2 (200 ft2), whichever is greater, devoted to materials for sale or rent distinguished by or characterized by their emphasis depicting, describing, or relating to sexual conduct or sexual excitement;
Adult Use means adult bookstores, adult motion picture theaters, adult entertainment cabarets, and other similar uses.
Adult Use means use of Cannabis Products by individuals 21 years of age and older and who do not possess a physician’s recommendation.

More Definitions of Adult Use

Adult Use means any of the activities and businesses described below:
Adult Use or “Adult-use cannabis” means cannabis or cannabis product that is used or intended to be used by adults who are over twenty-one (21) years of age and who do not possess a physician’s recommendation for medicinal cannabis.
Adult Use means a parlor, nude body painting or modeling studio, adult bookstore, adult novelty store, adult video store, cabaret, adult motion picture theater, adult outdoor motion picture theater, adult mini motion picture theater, escort services.
