AdvaMed Code definition

AdvaMed Code is defined in Section 4.14(i).
AdvaMed Code shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(c)(ii).
AdvaMed Code means the AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Health Care Professionals (revised as of July 2009 and as further revised from time to time).

  • Criminal drug statute means a Federal or non-Federal criminal statute involving the manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of any controlled substance.

  • IBC Code means Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as amended from time to time;

  • Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, No.4 of 2013;

  • Act of 1994 means the Solicitors (Amendment) Act 1994 [No.27 of 1994];

  • FMC Act means the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
